Mark Roberts
Director
Mark is well known in Agency on the Island and has over 30 years of experience. Mark started his career with the former Watson, Bull & Porter partnership and has worked with prominent local Agents. Mark’s tenure at Marvins started in 1996 and has been responsible for selling thousand’s of homes within this time. Mark has a passion for sport, fitness and motorsport. He lives with his family in Gurnard.
JULIE CAUDLE
Director
Julie has been working in Estate Agency in the Isle of Wight for over 30 years and this year after some 27 years at Marvins, decided that it was probably time to retire and to spend time with her family and young granddaughter who live on the mainland. Julie will still be involved as a Director of the company but not in a sales role but instead looking at a social media programme and taking care of compliance. Julie’s keen interest is Theatre and she has been running a local Theatre group for the past 17 years and which she will continue to do for young people on the Isle of Wight between the ages of 4-18.

Ian joined Marvins in 1995 and has over 30 Years experience in Estate Agency covering the the Island. Dealing with all types of property Ian enjoys all aspects of the business, but most off all, handing over the keys from a happy vendor to a happy purchaser! When not at work Ian is often found Sailing in Newtown Creek.
Debbie Mennisa

Debbie joined the Marvins team in 2015, having had a number of years previous agency experience working within the Cowes area. She lives in Cowes with her husband and when not at work enjoys running and tennis.
JOANNA ROBERTS
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND SALES
Jo joined Marvins in 1996, having had a number of years previous agency experience. Jo also lives in Gurnard, and offers great local knowledge as well as experience to advise purchasers and vendors. When not at work, she loves nothing more than brisks walks by the sea and pilates.

Joy recently moved to Cowes from the mainland and is enjoying exploring the different parts of the island. Particularly interested in National Heritage sites. Having worked for many years in property lettings and associated matters she has developed an excellent customer service with experience to help with enquires.
