A CHALLENGING PROPERTY TO SEI MADE EASY BY A GREAT TEAM Vendor

As an acting P.O.A I found myself in a very difficult position to sell an unique cottage in a somewhat isolated vicinity with no running water, apart from that drawn from a garden well and the accommodation in need of a complete renovation. I was overwhelmed with the challenge, Mark came out to value the said property. Mark’s entire team were all so enthusiastic, the property was promoted realistically and honestly to any interested buyers. It was by no means an easy property to sell. Thanks to Debbie and Ian a sale was completed . What I found so reassuring they maintained a good relationship with myself and the buyers when certain issues cropped up between both sides solicitors. They really worked hard for the commission they charged, it was worth every penny to me as the they took all the stress away that selling properties always manages to cause.
